ExperienceKristiina has experience in creative entrepreneurship, strategic management, marketing, and product and service development. She has led international teams and projects. Kristiina's entrepreneurial journey began in 2008 when she co-founded a graphic design agency and a company that pioneered the integration of new technologies and audiovisual solutions. Notably, she was one of the authors and producers of the first 4D animation in Estonia.

EducationKristiina holds a PhD from the Estonian Business School. Her research focuses on cultural and creative industries and developing creative entrepreneurship. She also has a Master's in Cultural Management from the joint international program between the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre and the Estonian Business School. In addition, Kristiina has an undergraduate degree from Art College Pallas, where she majored in Media and Design. She has also enhanced her skills and experience at the Academy of Media Arts in Cologne, Germany.

TodayKristiina is an expert and researcher in the CCI with over 15 years of experience in the field. She has assisted CCI SMEs in accessing over 1.5 million euros in funding and has authored books and research, including co-authoring the CCI Learning Module Toolbox. Kristiina uses her experience and knowledge to research CCI and provide consulting services to CCI organisations and companies. She has managed the Creative Industries and Smart Cities research group at the Estonian Business School and has been a part of the Creativity Lab think tank since 2016. Additionally, since 2021, Kristiina has been a part of the Urbsill team and works as a representative of the Creative Europe program Culture strand in Estonia.
